Monitoring and Control Centre

The service works on the following principle:

• If you don’t already have one, a modern security system installed at your premises and connected to the “Ekskomisarų biuras” Monitoring and Control Centre (MCC), which is on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week;
• The security system installed and activated on the premises is triggered in the event of an intrusion or other hazards (e.g., fire, flooding, or pressing an alarm button) and sends a signal to our Monitoring and Control Centre;
• Upon receipt of the alarm, the MCC operator dispatches an armed and professional response team to the protected facility;
• Upon arrival, the response crew interrupts the attack on your or your loved ones’ health or property and immediately apprehends the offenders;
• Security staff, after inspecting the protected object, transmits all the inspection information to the MCC.
